We operate a small collection in Bali, run in-house rather than handed to contractors. Two properties are open to guests — 46 units in Kutuh, on the quiet eastern side of the Uluwatu area. Two more, in Pandawa, are in development.

Every property in the collection is held to one standard: the same finish level, the same service, the same team answering the phone. We would rather run four properties properly than forty at arm’s length.

Why the quiet side of Uluwatu
Our operating properties are in Kutuh, on the eastern edge of the Bukit peninsula. Pandawa, Melasti and Green Bowl are minutes away. The temple, the cliff restaurants and the western surf breaks are a short drive. The nightlife is far enough that you sleep.
