Kutuh is a village, not a strip. The road past the property is quiet after dark, because there are no bars on it — the closest ones are a drive away, which is the point. Pandawa Beach is the near one: a wide bay behind limestone cliffs, calm enough to swim most days.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are not a problem — tell us your flight number when you book and we will be expecting you.
Yes. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 13 km away, roughly 30 minutes by car, and we arrange transfers in both directions for an additional fee. We also arrange cars to anywhere else on Bali — a day on the east coast, a temple in the north, a ferry port. Book the airport leg with your stay so a driver is waiting when you land.
Apartments are bookable from one night. Villas are from two nights.
Yes — long stays are a normal part of what we do here, and a large part of the complex is set up for them. Monthly terms are quoted by the team directly: message the complex on WhatsApp with your dates and unit type.
Yes, free of charge on request, in any unit type. A cot is counted as an extra place in the unit, so tell us in advance and we will make sure the unit fits everyone.
Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Guests staying longer than a few days generally use them. There is also a bar on site and room service if you would rather not cook.
Yes, pets are welcome at Rahya Villas. Let us know in advance what you are travelling with so we can put you in a suitable unit.

From the airport it is roughly 13 km south, about 30 minutes by car depending on traffic. We recommend an arranged transfer for the first arrival. Once you are here, most guests rent a scooter or a car — both can be arranged at the front desk — and free private parking is available on site.
