Eighth Sense is being built as a place for residents and guests where each detail has a job: to wake up the senses, and then to let everything else go quiet.

That is the brief the complex was designed against — the mix of calm indoor activity, the proximity to the best beaches on the Bukit, and a level of technology that stays out of the way.

The developer is IJI Group. IJI Home Group has been on the project since the design stage and will operate it when it opens — the same team that planned the units, the routes and the service model will be the team running it.

Where you will be

Pandawa is on the eastern side of the Bukit peninsula, in the Uluwatu area. Pandawa Beach is about a kilometre away and free shuttles run to the coast, so a swim does not depend on renting a scooter. Rahya Villas, our operating complex in Kutuh, is 781 m along the same quiet stretch of the plateau.
