The terms, up front
Response
Quotes within one business day, Bali time. Every request goes to a named person, not a shared inbox. If a request needs a decision we cannot make in a day, we tell you that on the same day rather than going quiet.
Inventory
On request only. Every booking is confirmed individually — we do not hold allotments. In exchange, a confirmation from us is a real confirmation: the unit is blocked the moment we confirm it, and it will not be resold underneath your client.
Commercial terms
Rates, the model we work under, payment schedule and credit are agreed with each partner individually, and they move with the volume and the market you bring. Tell us how you sell and we will put a concrete proposal in front of you rather than a published tier you have to fit into.
